Ingredients 
Step one
Hung curd/greek yogurt 500g 
Cottage cheese/paneer 150g
Cheese grated 40g
Black pepper i/2 tsp
Cumin pulverisation 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon pulverisation ane/2 tsp 
Nutmeg powder i/iv tsp
Cardamom pulverisation i/ii tsp
Salt to gustation
Green chilies finely chopped i tsp
Ginger finely chopped one tsp
Roasted gram flour one & 1/2 tsp
Oats flour 1 & ane/ii tsp

Step ii
Bread crumbs 100g
Oil for frying

Method 
Step one

  • In a mixing bowl add together in all the ingredients 1 past one as well give it a magical soft mix.
Step two

  • Heat the rough petroleum for frying
  • Drop pocket-sized portions of the mix inwards the breadcrumb tray inwards improver to roll it and then that it is covered from all sides amid the breadcrumbs.
